Forest Bathing Experiences
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that originated in the 90s. It involves engaging all five senses to observe and connect with nature, bringing us into the present moment and promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

Benefits
Forest bathing has been shown to promote physical and mental health, and decrease stress. It calms the nervous system, increasing emotional health, and activates the immune system, decreases blood pressure, and reduces the stress hormone, cortisol.
Forest Bathing Workshop
During our 3-hour group experience you’ll learn and practice the art of forest bathing, as well as take time for independent self-reflection and group sharing. This intentional foray into the practice is nourishing for mind, body, and soul, and is a great way to deepen connections to the earth, ourselves, and each other.
