As women, we often move through
these transitions without taking the space
to pause and listen to what these seasons
are asking of us.
Root & Reflect is an invitation to do just that.

Over the course of the year, participants will create four seasonal writing pieces rooted in lived experience, personal reflection, and the wisdom uncovered through the process. No writing experience is necessary. Only a willingness to show up with curiosity.
The Seasonal Journey
Final Gathering — Honoring the Journey
October 24, 2027
A culminating event by firelight under the evening sky, where participants may choose to share their writing, reflect on their year, or simply witness the collective journey that has unfolded. Together, we will honor a full year of showing up for ourselves.
The Setting
Root & Reflect takes place on a private 24-acre property in Richmond, Vermont.
The land includes wooded trails, sit spots, outdoor gathering areas, a yurt, covered porch spaces, and indoor options for colder weather and seasonal conditions.
Every effort has been made to create a woodland experience that feels both immersive and welcoming.

To preserve the intimacy of the experience, participation is limited to ten women.
Because Root & Reflect is designed as a year-long journey, participants are asked to commit to the full series whenever possible.

The first payment serves as a non-refundable deposit and reserves your place in the program.
All balances must be paid in full by January 1, 2027.
The date you enroll and make your first payment will be the date your subsequent payments will be due in the following months. (For example, if you enroll and pay on June 1st, your next payment(s) will be due on July 1st.)
Cancellation & Attendance
Because this is a small-group experience, registrations are generally non-refundable.

If you must miss a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a guided reflection and writing packet so you can remain connected to the seasonal process and offer a complimentary registration to a future singular event hosted by Journey Together or The Write Place, Right Time.
Should we need to adjust a gathering due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a rescheduled date or alternate format.
