Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing is the cornerstone of every program we offer. The forest provides a unique opportunity to be slow, to reconnect, to ground. And the practice translates to any setting, so you can take it with you anywhere!

What Is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice that originated in the 80s. It involves engaging all the senses to observe and connect with nature, bringing us into the present moment and promoting relaxation and wellbeing.

What Are the Benefits?
There is evidence to suggest that this practice can decrease blood pressure, improve immunity, calm the nervous system, and reduce stress. For more information about forest bathing and related research, visit https://anft.earth/research/
