Spring Retreat Weekend

As the earth begins to stir and stretch toward the light, we invite you to pause and do the same.

This spring retreat is a full weekend (Friday–Sunday) designed to help you step away from the noise of daily life and return to yourself—supported by nature and a small, intentional community. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and allow the rhythms of the forest to guide us back into balance.

Our time will include guided forest bathing experiences, gentle self-reflection, and opportunities to share and be witnessed in circle. There will be space for creativity—no experience required—as well as plenty of unstructured time for rest, journaling, wandering, or simply being. This is not a weekend to “fix” or “achieve,” but one to listen, soften, and renew.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out, in transition, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself and others, this retreat offers a quiet, nourishing container to welcome spring with intention. Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, replenished, and connected—to yourself, to community, and to the living world around you.

Location: This retreat takes place in a large rustic rural Vermont home, which sits on 24 acres that include wide, well-maintained trails and beautiful outhouses, outdoor and indoor gathering places, and a combination of shared and single bedrooms. There are lots of nooks and crannies for solo relaxation and an overall comfortable and welcoming vibe. There are two dogs that live on the property and will be present outdoors at times.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the beginning of the retreat, you will be refunded half of the total cost.
