About the event

Join us in the quiet of Vermont’s late autumn beauty for a day rooted in community connection, nature, and creativity. In a small-group setting, we will validate all forms of grief and loss, identify and explore the grief we carry, and learn about the supportive practice of ritual in processing grief. We'll delve into the use of altars, begin building a personal ritual practice, and rely on our natural surroundings to support us in our process. Our time together will include a balance of guided discussion and expressive activities, with space for reflection, introspection, tea, and community.

What We’ll Explore Together:

Grief in all its Forms

The Simple Practice of Personal Ritual and Starting an Altar

Lunch (Bring your own)
