About the event
Nurture yourself with some quality time in nature and appreciate yourself and others who give so much energy and time to young people. Ground and restore as you prepare for that final stretch before summer break.
During this three-hour workshop, we'll be blending large and small group connection with independent self-reflection and grounding practices. Bring your journal, a water bottle, layers, and your authentic self.
