Guest facilitator, Cheryl Karthaus, is a naturopathic doctor and meditation facilitator. Through guided meditation, body awareness, and interactive exercises, we’ll explore how being present in our bodies helps us identify, create, and hold healthy boundaries. Cost: $25 or more!

About the event
Join us as we will explore the connections between mindful meditation and boundaries, and how they can work together to support our wellbeing. Guest Presenter and Naturopathic Doctor Cheryl will guide us in being present, cultivating inner calm and self-awareness, as well as information that is essential for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries in our personal and professional lives. Boundaries serve to improve our decision-making, lighten the load we feel we carry, and help us take steps toward the life we truly seek to live.
In this workshop we will create visual boundaries and practice getting comfortable (and possibly uncomfortable!) within them.
During this workshop we will do a short mindful meditation to get ‘into our bodies’. Focusing on our body sensations will provide the information we need during the boundary work. I will invite you to share your thoughts and sensations during the workshop as we explore and practice…
