About the event
During this community experience we’ll cultivate deep connection to nature, ourselves, and each other. We’ll start by gearing up and making our way into the forest, pausing to introduce and practice the art of forest bathing, which will be incorporated along the trails, including time for enjoying sit spots along the way. Elements of nature and gentle introspection will be woven throughout the experience.
Bring a journal if you'd like for your independent sitting time, a water bottle, and your authentic, amazing selves! Note that we’ll be outdoors for the duration of this event.
