About the event

Whether you are living with cancer or walking alongside a loved one, this 3-hour forest experience offers space to ground in nature, find emotional support, and connect with community.

Together, we’ll practice mindfulness through the gentle art of forest bathing — slowing down, walking with intention, and letting the natural world offer comfort and renewal. The experience will include a thoughtful balance of guided forest bathing, quiet self-reflection, and opportunities for group sharing and connection.

Research shows forest bathing supports well-being, reduces stress, and can be especially meaningful for those living with cancer and their caregivers.

Consider bringing:

  • a water bottle

  • sunscreen or a hat

  • insect repellent

  • layers for variable weather

  • and your authentic, amazing self

Please note: we’ll be outdoors for the entire experience.

Come as you are — the forest welcomes you.

Investment: $40 per person
