About the event
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been dealing with cancer for years, this is an opportunity to step into the healing presence of nature. Forest bathing originated in Japan in the 90s and has been adopted worldwide. Research shows forest bathing supports well-being, reduces stress, and can be especially meaningful for those living with cancer and their caregivers.
This 2-hour experience blends forest bathing practices and mindfulness, self-reflection, and community connection. Come as you are and let the forest offer comfort, strength, and renewal.
